Recommended dosage:
We recommend starting with one drop of DMSO added to water and then working up to a comfortable dose
For topical application a small test patch is recommended to check for possible reaction
Adding DMSO to MMS:
After activating the MMS, add the water and then add the equal amount of DMSO to that MMS solution.
Wait 3 min before drinking
Never add DMSO to the activating drops
Only add DMSO drop/s once the MMS and HCl have activated (approx 30 seconds)
The DMSO will transport the MMS directly to the cells where it is needed

Arthritis treatment:
For Arthritis DMSO twice a day in water will help with pain relief. A sugar-free diet is most important. Ginger tea will be better than normal tea. Broccoli and sauerkraut will be ideal for repair of joints in the long term. Best to avoid all foods containing gluten
