Eligibility for Returns

Returns will only be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • The return request is submitted within 7 days from the date of purchase.
  • The product supplied is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Any return requests made after 7 days from the date of purchase will not be accepted, and no refund or replacement will be processed.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products returned due to change of mind.
  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
  • Products returned without original packaging.

Return Process

To request a return, the customer must notify us within 7 days of purchase and provide proof of purchase along with details of the defect or error.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Inspection and Refunds

All returned products will be inspected upon receipt. If the return meets the conditions outlined above, a refund or replacement will be processed at our discretion. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method where possible.

If the product does not meet the return criteria, it will be returned to the customer at their expense.
